Basically it's all just a one-man show. Kevin Parker designs, develops, produces copy, does the graphics, reports, cartoons, edits, proof reads,social mediarises, photographs, makes videos and his own cup of tea. He probably needs a real job if any one is interested in making an offer!

As well as looking after a select bunch of clients he publishes and designs a number of web sites focused on Literary Festivals and book awards in Australia and the UK. Literary Festivals Australia & Literary Festivals UK are now covering over 250 Literary Festivals and attempting to keep up with some 300 book award results.

In addition to web design Kevin's professional background includes time as a partner in award winning business, National Campaign Director for the Wilderness Society and Coordinator of People for Nuclear Disarmament, Research Co-ordinator of the Technology & Environmental Stratigies Group at Wollongong University, a lobbyist, and then consultant concerned with environmental, peace and social justice issues.

Yes, he is a left leaning Greenie with severe capitalist sympathies and a rightish wobble. He also spends a fair chunk of time parenting four youngish children which possibly makes him a Renaissance Man? No? Well worth a try.

He was appointed as an Honorary Fellow at the University of Wollongong for several years but forgets why now. He does have some academic qualifications in a draw somewhere, he is an energy healer and takes lots of photos of rocks and trees.

Alledgedly he is an entertaining public speaker, prolific reader and increasingly eclectic. He might even write a book one-day. Why he has written this bio in the third person is an attempt to give the impression that there are others involved and as a result of a life long reluctance to use I.
